Ella Dueker is passionate about creating art and celebrating design. She has a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and works as a designer in St. Louis, MO. Ella enjoys photography, illustrating, and worshipping the clothes of Alexander Mcqueen. She comes from a big Irish family and has 8 nephews, all under the age of 8. Ella has become the expert on important topics such as video games, getting slime out of hair, and mastering the art of the whoopee cushion.
Ella worked for a diverse array of clients such as: Express Scripts, Walmart, American Girl, The Kraft-Heinze Company, Zine Guide, Bust Magazine, Dollar General, New Amsterdam Vodka, Summersalt, Caleres, Fluevog Shoes, Tuffs & Batson, Epitaph Records, Kill Rock Stars Record Label, Talking Out of Turn Products, Nabisco, the SAG Awards, Crate & Barrel, Minted, Spoonflower, SnackWorks (Sour Patch Kids) and Trident.
While Ella enjoys all creative projects, she is especially passionate about using her design skills to positively impact her city. Ella has designed work for the following non-profit organizations: St. Louis County Library, Healthworks, LaunchCodeSTL, Lydia's House, mySci, Institute of School Partnership at Washington University, and Youth Exploring Science (YES). She has also designed exhibits for the Missouri History Museum, Missouri Botanical Gardens and the Saint Louis Science Center.
In addition to her work, Ella teaches college design classes and enjoys mentoring her students. Ella was the 2022 recipient of the "Golden Apple" awards and was praised for her ability to create a safe and creative space for students. In addition, Ella was the recipient of the Regional Arts Commission's 2023 grant that supports artists that are making a difference in their community. Ella believes in the power of art to transform, heal and impact others.
